class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Tous les secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9s, les acteurs de la formation et de l\u2019insertion socio-professionnelle s\u2019accordent sur la pertinence des \u00ab\u00a0savoir-faire comportementaux\u00a0\u00bb en situation professionnelle &#8211; appel\u00e9s commun\u00e9ment \u00ab\u00a0Soft skills\u00a0\u00bb dans les parcours d\u2019apprentissage. L\u2019impact de la crise sanitaire a remodel\u00e9 brutalement notre monde du travail. Chacun a d\u00fb se r\u00e9inventer, faire preuve d\u2019adaptation et de r\u00e9activit\u00e9. Ce contexte ins\u00e9curisant, qui nous a forc\u00e9s \u00e0 nous replier sur nous-m\u00eames, a \u00e9galement engendr\u00e9, par r\u00e9action, un besoin renforc\u00e9 de mise en r\u00e9seau, de coop\u00e9ration et de contact social et ce encore plus fortement pour les personnes pr\u00e9sentant moins d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s comme les chercheurs d\u2019emploi et apprenants adultes peu qualifi\u00e9s et tr\u00e8s \u00e9loign\u00e9s de l\u2019emploi. Il a modifi\u00e9 les apprentissages et a mis en \u00e9vidence l\u2019importance de la formation continue et l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la formation \u00e0 distance pour parcours de formation et d&rsquo;insertion socio-professionnelle.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>CONTEXTE<\/p><p>Tous ces nouveaux besoins \u00e9mergents ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pris en compte pour poursuivre le travail sur les savoir-faire comportementaux entrepris dans nos pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents projets Erasmus+ \u00ab OPC-SFC \u00bb, \u00ab Step4-SFC \u00bb et pour y apporter des r\u00e9ponses op\u00e9rationnelles en favorisant l\u2019interdisciplinarit\u00e9, l\u2019inclusion pour les acteurs de la formation, de l\u2019insertion socio-professionnelle et pour les chercheurs d\u2019emploi qui pourront \u00e9galement valoriser et faire reconna\u00eetre leurs comp\u00e9tences non techniques par le biais de parcours hybrides que ce soit en pr\u00e9sentiel ou \u00e0 distance.<br \/>Dans ces parcours, l&rsquo;id\u00e9e est d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer toutes les ressources ainsi que les nouveaux d\u00e9veloppements du projet Next formation-entreprise. L\u2019approche sectorielle sera assur\u00e9e par une int\u00e9gration des entreprises \u00e0 la r\u00e9flexion p\u00e9dagogique, et le partenaire portugais apportera une dimension interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelle et une connaissance des petites et moyennes entreprises, qui viendra soutenir cette approche globale et compl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p><p>Ce projet fait suite \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration des formations de formateurs dans les programmes des partenaires qui d\u00e9noncent le manque d\u2019outils p\u00e9dagogiques permettant de travailler et de d\u00e9velopper les SFC avec leurs apprenants.<\/p><p>L\u2019id\u00e9e du projet est donc, partant de la m\u00e9thodologie OPC-SFC, constitu\u00e9e de 4 \u00e9tapes, de d\u00e9velopper des activit\u00e9s p\u00e9dagogiques. Il renforce et op\u00e9rationnalise l\u2019\u00e9tape 4 de cette derni\u00e8re, d\u2019o\u00f9 son l\u2019insertion des demandeurs d\u2019emploi sur le march\u00e9 du travail dans une perspective d\u2019emploi durable et de qualit\u00e9, ainsi que la satisfaction des besoins des employeurs et de Il leur garantit l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux aides et dispositifs publics, aux conseils en mati\u00e8re de gestion des ressources humaines et de diffusion de leurs offres d\u2019emploi.<\/p><p>Le Forem propose \u00e0 tous les citoyens de Wallonie de langue fran\u00e7aise des formations leur permettant d\u2019obtenir une qualification conforme aux exigences du march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi. Elle d\u00e9veloppe, avec et pour le compte de ses membres, des outils p\u00e9dagogiques divers et les aide \u00e0 les op\u00e9rationnaliser concr\u00e8tement dans leurs dispositifs de formation.<\/p><p>L\u2019AID a travaill\u00e9 sur les\u00a0<strong>comp\u00e9tences-cl\u00e9s\u00a0<\/strong>dans diff\u00e9rents projets nationaux. l\u2019on travaille sur la posture professionnelle, et m\u00eame, depuis peu, dans les entreprises d\u2019Int\u00e9rim avec la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un \u00ab\u00a0Certificat des comportements professionnels\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p><p>On s\u2019accorde donc aujourd\u2019hui pour dire qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019un th\u00e8me central dans la Gestion des Ressources Humaines des entreprises, mais aussi dans l\u2019insertion professionnelle.<\/p><p>Ce qui questionne encore aujourd\u2019hui, c\u2019est la fa\u00e7on d\u2019appr\u00e9hender cette th\u00e9matique sans porter atteinte \u00e0 la personnalit\u00e9 individuelle. Cette question est encadr\u00e9e par le code du travail et est le combat notamment des syndicats (quelques affaires sont apparues il y a peu dans les tribunaux). Au vu de cette situation, ce projet Europ\u00e9en sur les \u00ab\u00a0Savoir-Faire Comportementaux\u00a0\u00bb prend donc tout son sens en France.<\/p><p>En tant qu\u2019acteur de l\u2019insertion professionnelle, le CRIF ne peut pas ignorer cette dimension, mais il est indispensable de la traiter avec professionnalisme, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire avec toute l\u2019objectivit\u00e9 possible, dans le respect de l\u2019individu et dans un seul objectif\u00a0: favoriser \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019employabilit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb de ses publics.<\/p><p>La reconnaissance participe \u00e0 la construction identitaire\u00a0; et c\u2019est par la construction d\u2019une identit\u00e9 professionnelle que les individus d\u00e9veloppent sentiment de comp\u00e9tence et sentiment de contr\u00f4le, indispensables pour s\u2019engager sur un parcours de d\u00e9veloppement de leurs comp\u00e9tences tout au long de la vie.
